The Healthiest Food that you are probably NOT eating.

watercress juice

 

Detox and Flat Belly Juice
Ingredients
  • 2 Cups of Watercress
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Whole Beet
  • 3 Watermelon Slices
  • 1 Teaspoon of Wheat Grass
  • ½ of an Apple
  • 2 Cups of your Liquid Preference (water, coconut water, or beet juice)
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients into your juicer and pour into a tall glass. Enjoy!

    Congratulations! So exciting… I embraced the mushroom trend… you might have to really sell me on this green juice though- haha!
